Melissa Reddish's fiction, poetry, and nonfiction have appeared in many literary journals, including Tampa Review, South Carolina Review, and Grist.  She is the author of three full-length works: My Father is an Angry Storm Cloud (Tailwinds Press, 2015), Girl & Flame (Conium Press, 2016), and The Lives We’ve Yet to Live (Tailwinds Press, 2022). She has received residencies at Soaring Gardens and the Rensing Center.  She lives on the Eastern Shore of Maryland and often pretends to be a tourist to maintain her sense of wonder and prevent others from asking her for directions.
